What is Learning and its Concept in Nursing 

    Naturally there are different approaches to learn some thing new. Every one have its own ability to learn. In every filed of learning same learning abilities are adopted by learners.

    Comes to learning styles in nursing, it's important to recognize that people have different preferences and approaches to learning.There are various learning style models, one commonly known model is the VARK model(visual (V), aural (A), read/write (R), and kinesthetic (K)) by Fleming . This Method categorizes learners into four main styles.

1:Visual 2:Auditory 3.Reading/writing 4.Kinesthetic.

1:Who are Visual learners

    The learners prefer to see information presented visually. They learn effectively from diagrams, charts, images, and other visual aids.

    Visual learners may find it helpful to use videos, flowcharts, and diagrams to understand and remember complex procedures or anatomical structures.

2:Who are Auditory Learners

    The auditory learners learn best by listening and verbal communication. They learn best  from lectures, discussions, and group activities. 

How Auditory Learning Helpful In Nursing  Nursing 

    Auditory learners may find it beneficial to participate in group study sessions, engage in verbal explanations and discussions, and use audio recordings to review information.

3:Who are Reading/Writing learners

    These learners prefer to learn by reading and writing activities. They learn from textbooks, written notes, and writing out their own summaries or study guides. 

How Reading/Writing  Learning Helpful In Nursing  Nursing 

    In nursing, reading/writing learners may find it effective to create detailed notes, write out case studies, and summarize important information in their own words.

4:Who are Kinesthetic learners

   Kinesthetic learners learn best by hands-on experiences and physical activities. They learnt from practical demonstrations, simulations, and direct involvement. 

How Kinesthetic  Learning Helpful In Nursing  Nursing 

    In nursing, kinesthetic learners may find it helpful to practice skills in a lab setting, engage in hands-on patient care, and participate in clinical rotations to apply theoretical knowledge.

Blend / Combination of Learning Styles

    It's important to note that many individuals exhibit a blend/combined of learning styles rather than being only one type. Nursing education programs often incorporate various teaching methods and strategies to accommodate different learning styles and promote comprehensive learning. 

    However, personal preferences for learning may change over time, and it can be beneficial to explore and adapt to different approaches as needed.

    Keep a variety of teaching methods: Incorporate lectures, discussions, visual aids, practical demonstrations, and interactive activities to cater to different learning preferences.

    Offer multiple resources: Offer textbooks, online resources, videos, and supplementary materials to accommodate various learning styles. This allows students to choose the resources that align with their preferred learning style.

    Promote collaboration and group work: Foster an environment where students can engage in group discussions, case studies, and collaborative projects. This allows learners to benefit from different perspectives and enhances the learning experience for auditory and kinesthetic learners.

    Provide adjustable/flexibility: Provide flexibility in assignments and assessments, allowing students to choose formats that align with their learning style. For instance, offering options for written papers, presentations, or practical demonstrations can accommodate different preferences.

    Reflect Personalize learning: Encourage students to reflect on their learning preferences and provide opportunities for self-directed learning. This empowers students to take responsibility for their learning and explore techniques that work best for them.

By education nursing learning can be different from other forms of learning in several ways:
